Position Announcements for 2010
Postdoctoral Position in Theoretical Particle Physics
A postdoctoral particle physics postdoctoral position associated with the Niels Bohr International Academy and the Discovery center is available. The deadline for applications is December 1st. Click here for more details and instructions on how to apply.
Postdoctoral Positions in Theoretical High Energy Physics
Two two-year postdoctoral positions in the theoretical high energy group at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen will be available starting in the Fall of 2011.
The positions are associated with the project "Black holes and their role in quantum gravity" directed by Jan Ambjorn and Niels Obers, funded by the Danish Council for Independent Research (Natural Sciences).
Applicants should ideally have a strong background or interest in quantum gravity, causal dynamical triangulations and/or black hole physics, string theory and the gauge/gravity correspondence. Applications should be submitted via this application form, which is part of a web-based postdoc application procedure used by a group of institutes in Europe. The deadline for application is Dec. 1st, 2010.
NBIA Postdoctoral Fellowships
The Niels Bohr International Academy has openings for postdoctoral fellowships starting in the Fall of 2011.
The deadline for applications is November 5, 2010. Click here for more information and instructions on how to apply.
Ph.D Position in Theoretical High Energy Physics
A Ph.D position in theoretical high energy physics will be available with starting date April 1st, 2011. The position is for three years.
